Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellent Professionalism

Heinz and Ruth were a pleasure to work with during our master bedroom remodel. The job was complicated by having wall damage and glue from the removal of wallpaper by me. Prior to painting, the walls had to be repaired and sealed with a waterproof primer before they could be textured. Ruth did an excellent job applying texture to the walls and Heinz did an outstanding job painting the walls and ceiling. They arrived on time everyday, were very communicative about their plans for the day and reviewed what they had accomplished at the end of each day. An added bonus was finishing the job a day earlier than planned. They are highly recommended and I would definitely use their skilled services again!
