I have disputed this account due to the fact it was discharged in a bankruptcy yet they continue to place it back on my credit report. I do understand that my account was sold to them from TEMPO but no matter how I dispute it they just re -add it. Resolution Sought I need it removed from my credit report and showed closed not still open and owed.

Please check your email for our response. The bankruptcy was files November 2019, but this account wasn't opened until December of 2020. It was not included in your bankruptcy because it was opened after you filed bankruptcy. If you have supporting documentation showing this account was included, feel free to forward that over to us. There is an erroneous charge on my credit report which is not mine. This is a fraudulent account. Have filed dispute through Credit Karma with no response. Account is listed as 09Tempoe LLC under Security Credit Services, LLC. I want this removed from my credit report. I don't this. Resolution Sought Remove this erroneous charge that isn't mine from credit report.
