I signed up for this program and within two days I emailed for a refund of $190. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have tried to communicate with this company calling them the phone just rings and rings and rings and then tells you to try again at another time and hangs-up on you. Through texting them numerous times and emailing numerous times. When I signed up for this program I agreed to the 12 month annual fee of $151 then another screen appears talking about vitamins and minerals purchase it now one time offer discounted you have 40 minutes to decide Or the screen will disappear. I did not purchase anything further other than $151 annual fee. When I looked at my bank statement I was charged $190. They charged additional money onto my account which I did not authorize. If it was for those vitamins or minerals I have yet to receive them which I do not care to receive them I want my money back and as you sign up it clearly talks about risk free money back. AT THIS POINT I BELIEVE IT IS A SCAM!! Any email transmissions and or text transmissions are automated no personalization whatsoever in direct conflict of what the website says personalized assistance help you through this program. LET ME MAKE MYSELF CLEAR: 1. I asked for a refund two days after signing up 2. I specifically did not use the website to ensure there is no misinterpretation regarding my intention of a refund. 3.
