This particular business I have heard several times now, is recording audio on the cameras they have in the store. I have not seen a sign posted stating this so consumers are aware they are being audio recorded. I know of a past employee who stated to me that she has never signed paperwork saying it's OK for her or by other employees to record there conversations. They should be removing all audio recordings and not be allowed to record audio at all. Especially for this kind of business. What they are doing is technically illegal. This place has people coming in who buy medicine. Audio recordings of patients and the issues they have for why they are there for medicine i would think is considered a HIPPA violation.
