Waiting on hold for an hour and still waiting on a Sunday morning 6:00am

They must have one customer service person working or have thousands of complaints.

I'm done with them when open enrollment comes around.

Poor service; not treated properly; two days of phone calls left on hold and then a hang-up. Inflated drug prices doubled in price, Will report to Medicare. I have the health proxy for my significant other. This problem started with the refill of his Verapamil. Was stunned when I picked it up at pharmacy. The price was double. He always paid $61 for 3 mos. at pickup it was $123.98. Now WE are even afraid to refill his Coumadin. The inflated [price was $101 already high and do not know what it will be when I refill. He is 90 yrs old and needs my help.
