Had phone for two months and within those two months phone has been on and activated for less than thirty days. Paid the phone bill but they fail to let me know they switched network providers. Offered to give me a month for free and the phone only worked for two-three days. Resolution Sought Unlock the phone or refund me the $120.51 I spent

So it starts July 25th when my cell phone service was cut off due to a late payment that i paid July 26th of 50.81. It gets turned on then shut back off later that night. I've with out a phone since July 26th ive bought 4 sim card replacements, and bought 2 new service plans or minutes, none of it worked. They yell me they need to send me a sim card. I wait 8 days to get sim no cell this whole time which i use for my work. Now I'm being told i need to buy another plan to activate it mind you i had enough rewards points to upgrade the monthly plan to the highest plan and i lose all them. I've spent numerous days n hours of my life on the phone, they were rude i often got hung up on with no return phone call. And I've lost out on all work from July 26th until now august 11th. Resolution Sought Pay me for lost wages due to no active service, three sim cards, two service plans, all the active rewards points I accumulated and lost. $1500.00
