Do more training with their telephone staff

I have canceled my subscription to this company as a result of very poor communication and response. I've asked specific questions about the subscription which I wanted and was assured the channel that I desired was within that subscription. It wasn't! Then the technician which I spoke to tried to upset me. The price was not desirable, so decided to cancel. I feel the phone contact that I had, although courteous, is not well trained to what is needed and requested. They have lost my business and also my word of mouth advertising! Do more training with their telephone staff as to what is actually in each subscription as well as how to link 2 radios under the same account together so they bill together.

They need to shut this scam down immediately and look into other situations like this!

I received a call looking for a individual I told him I was not that person and I did not know this person. They asked if I was an authority to my account I said yes on my account. They began to ramble off a bunch of sales pitches and deals for a vehicle presumably the person they were looking for. I told them I do not know what they're talking about they proceeded to tell me they could charge this person's account all they needed was my authority. I told them again I was not this person and they should not be able to do this and just charge anybody that says they are a position of authority over someone's account. I have to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me. So I called the number back spoke with someone else explain what happened and they tried to sell me their subscription for this other gentlemen's vehicle. So apparently all they need is someone's information and get anyone who answers the phone to say yes then they can charge that individuals account I believe that is a clear definition of fraud. Upon contacting their website there was no way to talk to anyone and corporate other than writing a letter to a PO Box which I would assume would get misplaced by the employees running this scam. Please do something about this so that hard-working Americans are not being robbed by this organization.
