I got solar panels installed in my property in 2017 and till this day 5/24/22 I'm still being billed yearly on my property taxes and panels don't work at all. I have tried to call them but they never answer and the website is invalid but yet they placed two liens on my property. Resolution Sought I would want them to address this matter immediately as I will be seeking legal actions if problems aren't taken care of. It's not fair that we paid over $20,000 dollars for Solar panels that were never completed with Edison.

My experience with this company has been an on going nightmare. This company has no integrity, had no idea of time management, communication and follow through does not exist in their vocabulary. I signed a contract back in July 5,2021. Job was to replace all damaged wood and old stucco , add a window and two garage side lights. This company over promised and showed no interest to work consistent. Only one person was attentive . So my project went as followed: painted / stucco. I have no complaints on the product; however, the crew was dirty and disrespectful to my property ( pouring paint on my new grass, staining front and back pavers and my nice flower pots, leaving me without a working side gate, they sealed my kitchen exhaust vent, new window is defect or broken, the interior where they installed a new window was left with two holes because they did not measured correctly, they removed the backyard rain gutter never replaced, clean up crew and final inspection never completed ). I have reached out via text and phone to the project Manager many times, but he was no help and just broken promises. I have a long text history on trying to get them to take care of all out standing issues. Crew did return to install my vent and to fill the holes on the wall where the window was installed. I do Not recommend this company. Very upset and still waiting for them to return to complete the job. Resolution Sought My desire outcome is for this company to complete the job I am currently making payments for before I contact Contacts Board.
