I snap finance approved me for 3000 dollars to have some repairs done on my vehicle. The repairs was done and the repair bill 184578 that amount was paid back to snap finance. But they continued to collect payments from me. They have made me pay back the full 3000. I did not use all of the money only the amount needed to have the repairs completed on my vehicle. Resolution Sought I would like to get back the overage that they have collected from me in the amount of 1,145.22 the amount they have over charged me.

Needed to take this loan for my car repair. Did not agree to 139.45 finance charge to a 12 month loan. They never sent me an agreement to sign or I would not have taken the loan. It unlawful to charge someone that kind of interest on a loan! The loan was for 1167.96. I paid it off on 7 payments and paid 105.00 interest $1285.00 in total . They are trying to charge me 139 interest more than the loan itself. Please do something about these companies that are ripping off all of these customers. I am not paying them another dime as they got their money. They will probably send it to collections as well. I am paid in full as far as I am concerned. Resolution Sought Write me off as paid in full.
