Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Overpriced crap!

If I could give less than one star I would! I purchased what I was informed was the top of the line snug top shell for my pick up, 10 months into ownership the Gas struts that hold up the rear hatch failed. I called snug top requesting how go about getting the warranty replacement, 2 1/2 months later they finally get back to me telling me that my one-year warranty has expired and that I could purchase new struts are ridiculously marked up price! Great job! Way to not stand behind your warranty! I concede that gas struts are not a big issue and can be easily located/sourced from Amazon, if that were the only issue I would not be writing you. Two months into ownership the interior upgraded carpet began pulling away from the shell, I have had to go through and re-glue about 12 different spots. Six months into ownership the upgraded electrical pack that allows you to plug in a USB and controls the rear hatch light stopped working. All in all when asked, I strongly encourage everyone to go with a different manufacturer, Who will stand behind their product!
