I was attempting to refinance my home and gave the lending agent a debit card number, 1 week later that agent left the business 2 weeks later I was contacted by 2 other agents and both were also gone, so I requested a refund, it has been over a year now. Resolution Sought A refund.

This issue was already addressed through another source. Mr. Dieter was correct. An appraisal was not needed for his file and therefore not completed. A refund was not originally issued, however upon closer review of this case, a refund check was sent to Mr. Dieter on June 24, 2022. Please let me know if any additional details are needed.

I have asked Sovereign Lending group to stop sending me literature and calling me about my home they continue to send out literature by mail and phone calls for someone else's name that doesn't even own the home. Resolution Sought I want them to stop sending anything pertaining to my home.
