I signed up for a TRIAL Membership with Spokeo. It was advertised as .95 cents for a 7 Day membership for all the info you wanted in 7 days. My account was charged $39.90 plus the .95 cents membership fee. I called to try and resolve the problem. I spoke to a person named Mallory. She was very rude. She was not helpful at all. She was the "Supervisor". Please help me resolve this problem so the rest of the USA doesn't get cheated too! Mallory said they charge you per report. It is FALSE advertising! Hello, I'm reaching out to you because I have never subscribed to Spokeo; I only bought a search for an email, which was the specific service offered, and I paid for that special service. I am deeply frustrated with this experience as it is not fair, correct, or acceptable. I need my money to be refunded promptly. I also want to make it clear that I will cancel this unauthorized subscription I never signed up for. I was not aware in any way that paying for an email search would automatically subscribe to me without my permission. That's a scam, and the company should advise any customer of such a situation. I am waiting for a response to solve this issue. Resolution Sought Refund money and cancel anything related to them.
