I think they are doing fraud to clients.

This morning I went to get my son's plates. I did not go to the DMV because the seller did not want to sign all DMV paperwork and did not want to give back my son's money. Consequently seller told me to go to California Consulting Group in Anaheim. Business is located near Anaheim HS which was a car wash before. I paid $500 for plates. Registration shows $190. I got so upset because because they over charged. Clerk did not give me a receipt. He told me that I was ridiculous and he was calling fools names. I just want to prevent any other clients from paying for something that is not right. I think they are doing fraud to clients. My mistake was to pay in advance for the car because I trust the seller. I learned the lesson. Thank you for the time you took to review my complaint. I did not deserve that type of service.
