CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Therapist Jennifer= continue to cancel therapy for Patient Noah Reed. I have spoken to the Manager Sue Potts at the location and we both went over his schedule for the next 3 visits on 6/7, 6/14, and 6/21 for 2021. I get a call from therapist Jennifer accusing me of missing an appointment which I did not make. I did explain to Sue Potts I have scheduled Noah Reed appointments according to my schedule. Sue Potts contacted me a few days later due to the system upgrade and wanted to schedule for Thursday, and I expressed Thursday are a schedule conflict for the times she mentioned. This is not the first time Jennifer have called and assume Noah have appointments. I have personally spoken to Sue on May 14, 2021 to resolved Jennifer conflicts and Sue and I have agreed on the schedule appointment. As of today Jennifer have again canceled Noah Reed appointments without consulting with Sue Potts and I. Jennifer continue to harrass me, of her miscommunication and her behavior is not acceptable. I am not even sure why she continue to discourage a child from succeeding in Life. Resolution Sought Gather accurate information from the parent before making a decision.
