Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A fire broke out in microwave when I put a package of tuna in that had previously been microwaveable Into the oven. The package f id not contain any warning that it was or longer microwaveable. Had huge letters to say that it was microwaveable when it was. This is reckless and I want to complain to prevent injuries. Resolution Sought Product warning on label to consumers and direct number on package to call company.

Company states: This matter is now resolved between us & the consumer complainant. In contract with what the consumer complainant claims, we explained to the consumer complainant that our product carries the warning signs in multiple locations on the packaging.

I've purchased your solid white albacore for years w/ no problem. Just made sandwiches for the kids and just finished pulling a 1" piece of bone out of the roof of my son's mouth. I'm taking him to the er now. This is crazy he could've swallowed that and done horrible damage! Saving this bone…absolutely crazy Resolution Sought I'd like you to send me enough to help cover this! It's gonna be $75 just to walk into urgent care, then medication after! I'm a disabled veteran and I cannot afford this stuff!
