Used to have good customer service, now it's really lousy with a mean woman working there.

When I first visited Stor America El Monte, there were friendly people working there that gave a good deal to movie in.They didn't have a 10 X 10 but the girl working there told me she would give me 2 5 X 10 spaces for the same price and I could always move out of one after one year.I have been there for some years but recently cleaned one out.So now I only have 1 X 10 unit.I went inside the office and told the new woman working there about it and she told me the 2 units were linked and she couldn't change the price and I would have to vacate completely.I told her I won't pay for a 10 X 10 when I just have a 5 X 10 and didn't want to vacate out of both.She started getting nasty with me.This was yesterday on December 13, 2017.I couldn't believe how she was treating me trying to make me still pay for space I don't have anymore and telling me to move out completely.If she won't resolve it, I will have to dispute it with my credit card company or just move out completely.I'm very disappointed with this nasty new woman who works there and she said she was with the company for 10 years.Stor America El Monte should choose their employees more carefully so they don't lose more customers.
