Would recommend them in the future for service on a solar hot water tank

I had a solar hot water heater installed about 8 or 9 years ago. I lost pressure on the hot water side in the house. I called and advised them of the problem, they recommended a maintenance service at the same time to insure all was working properly. I agreed. An appointment was made after calling a few times and then filling out a service request. A date was scheduled with a time window for the tech to arrive. That day came and went, no Tech, no call. I was told that the Tech had called in sick and the office girl said she dropped the ball because she was suppose to call. No problem...another date was set up, again, no tech, no call. I finally got to speak with someone, they said they tried to call me but didn't receive any call backs from me. I felt that they were blowing me off and I put out a review regarding the no tech, no calls. As a result, I received a call from Frank who stated he was the Sales Manager. He stated that they had been calling two other numbers on my account. I informed him that those numbers where out of service for a few years. He said he would see to it that the information on my account would be updated and advised me to contact him if there were any problems in the future. I advised I would re-write a review once the Tech showed up and completed the call as requested. The tech showed up this time, on time, and did the maintenance on the hot water tank. I would have given them a 5 Star review but they did not solve my low hot water pressure. I called a plumber and we found the problem and fixed it. I now have my hot water pressure back. As a result, I had to pay the plumber for a service call and the parts to fix this problem. I called Frank as I was instructed and voiced my concern about the service and the problem not found by his tech. He had me send pictures of the found problem, and advised he would let me know what they would do for me. He advised they would discount the cost of the service rendered by his company. Overall, because the women I dealt with in the office were so cordial and helpful, and the fact that Frank did make sure the tech did the job and worked with me on the cost, I would recommend them if anyone needs service in the future.

Sun-Tec Solar installed 18 solar panels on my home earlier this year the job was completed on January 9th, 2018. I was very satisfied with their overall performance and they really went above what I was expecting. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to have a quality job done and in general increase the value of your home.
