Purchase more electric carts to be made available for the disabled!!

Target Store on Monument road in Philadelphia discriminates against those of us that can't or have difficulties walking around the store. Today June 5th 2018 I entered the store on 3 different occasions to shop and was unable to do so because there were no electric carts available and I was told they only have 1 in the store period. I waited 1 hour the first time I was there and the cart never showed up. Then 45 minutes the second time today and again the cart never showed up. For as much money as target racks in on the daily it's not even feasible that they only have one cart when thousands of people including disabled people shop there on the daily basis. I plan to get action news involved with this matter and to start a boycott of Target with some of my disabled friends and connections.
