Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Integrity, honesty and professionalism is what brings me back to TaxGuy1.

TaxGuy1 has been doing the payroll for my LLC & a Corporation for approximately 5 years. Willie is very thorough, has a tendency of staying within the parameters of the law. Integrity, honesty and professionalism is what brings me back to TaxGuy1. If there is ever a concern and Willie does not have the answer, he will research and find the answer even if it means him getting back to me later. I have recommended his services based on the type of service I've received all these years and will continue to do so.
