They offer no advice as to how the appliances they sell are set

They offer no advice as to how the appliances they sell are set, so minor problems with temperature, etc. have to be referred to a separate business and cost. Will no longer shop at this business after many years of good relationships. Obviously they have deteriorated and are no longer responsive to their clients.

Sorry you had a negative experience. We try very hard to be responsive to our customer's needs. We do use a network of servicer companies that charge for their work, just as we did when the technicians were on our payroll.
