Customer Complaint

Samsung contracts with Tekniton. They handed over servicing my in-warranty dryer. Tekniton changed my appointment twice then never showed up for my most recent confirmed appointment window. I could not reach anyone at Tekniton. I had to call Samsung who was able to get ahold of Tekniton. They then said they are only coming out for an inspection and it is later today which means I will have spent 9 hours waiting for them to come. There is still no guarantee they will even fix the dryer. Resolution Sought Come inspect the dryer, replace it if necessary and give me accurate information about scheduled appointments.
