Poor customer service

I have been doing business with Children's Place for years. Recently they started using a new shipping company that is terrible. I placed orders that are taking 3-4 weeks to be delivered, and rather than fix the issue they keep putting a resolution off. I ordered in November, because I know that the Christmas shipping season is hectic and can be delayed. After 10 business days children's Place still wouldn't refund me or resend my order.

I had purchased some uniform online and they had canceled my order I was told to call the store to see if they had the khaki pants in stock when I called the store are they put me on hold I did call back because I was hung up when I called back I asked them if they have a 6 and a 16 khaki pants and girls I said they didn't matter what kind I just needed some khaki pants the lady told me that she was really busy and that she couldn't help me at the time I would never ever call back and I will not ever Wreck-It recommend anyone to shop at children place again. I want you to tell your employees on how to talk to people that's the main key because I spent a lot of money at children place but now since I had bad customer experience I don't think I will be shopping at children place again to the Children place in gulf gate center
