Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Items in stock, SUDDENLY not in stock. TOO SLOW TO DELIVER.

Ordered 12/31/2016 Item bought due to it being in stock. We were notified after order that item was not in stock and would be 1 to 2 weeks later. Repair needed at the house now must wait. THREE WEEKS LATER, we were notified that the item would arrive at the warehouse in 1 to 2 weeks, and now they want credit card information over the phone. NO I WON'T. I'll pay more for the item elsewhere, and get it in a realistic timeframe. Order cancelled 02/02/2017
