Customer service is very rude, and unprofessional.

Customer service is very rude, unprofessional. Looks like the owner is only working there and she always screams and yell at me and other customers who are in the store. I picked up a flower and she started screaming, that water is dripping, what are you crazy? I felt so bad I took a napkin from my purse and cleaned the dripping water. When I want to do my purchase, she start screaming at me. I didn't understand why and I told her you can't scream at people, especially on customers. She didn't stop and I just left. In my back she yelled "I don't want to see your face again" that my first time experience. Just explain to her that never do that to anyone and it not a proper customer service. If you own a business you shouldn't rude, nasty and make customers felt uncomfortable.
