Lousy

They did a forensic audit and informed us that we has a case because our mortgage lender was in serious violations of the TILA act. They were to try to help us work out a deed-in-lieu with our lender or try to do a short sale. We received nothing for our money but a foreclosure on our credit report. We paid $3500.00 for services and not once did we talk to an actual lawyer. We spoke to paralegals when we could get them to return our calls.....We paid for a service because they were a law firm and figured we could not get scammed........WRONG
