Owner of company bounces checks

We did work for Mr. Eugene Goldsmith and he wrote a check to us for $200. It bounced and we reran the check again and it bounced again. If you want to do business with a financial business owned by someone who doesn't even have enough money in his account for the checks he writes, feel free. Doesn't bode well for their business practices if the owner bounces checks.
