Stop Making the criteria so hard for small businesses

I have been a customer with PNC for over 15 years I do all my banking there my business banking and been trying to just get a lease or a loan or anything they will tell me to bring my credit score up I brought my credit score from A 545 to 715 and they still to this day say that my credit score is not good enough or haven't had enough enough business Stop Making the criteria so hard for small businesses black businesses mainly to get at least with them or a loan from them their very very races I've tried many times to do everything they asked and nothing is never good enough not just with them that's with the whole leasing companies I have many complaints on all the leasing companies they blocked small black businesses out the you put your black they'll find 10 things to say your are not eligible Making the criteria so hard for small black business.

My problem was resolved

No one wanted to help until I contacted you all. But once you all contacted them they then contacted me. I thank them for finally refunding me my money but to be honest they should have helped me better especially when I went into the pnc branch and still no help.
So I thank you all for being here to stand up to big businesses who don't take people problems more serious. Thank you.
