As a fellow retail worker I feel that having such a view and working in retail is completely inappropriate

I was shopping at TJ Maxx on 100 Franklin street in Westerly Rhode Island and I overheard one of the employees talking about how one of their coworkers refuses to serve black people and feels scared when they come into the store. As a fellow retail worker I feel that having such a view and working in retail is completely inappropriate and extremely disrespectful towards your customers. I can't even begin to imagine how she is treating the People Of Color (POC) that come into her store. Knowing some of the people that work at this location I can confirm that this has made them uncomfortable working alongside her and has made the environment uncomfortable for them. As I am also a POC that does shop at this specific location I can tell you that I have never felt so unwelcomed and attacked after hearing such information today. I would like the company to address the issue with her and either temporarily reprimand her or fire her from the company.

The store should provide signage outside like all the other businesses informing customers they must have a mask to enter.

On 7/12/2020, against city of Rochester ordinance, Marshall refused to comply with requiring ALL customers must wear facial masks in store. I brought to store managers attention that there were at least six people in store refusing to wear Covid 19 facial mask. Store manager said it was against corporate policy to require masks. City of Rochester, MN has current ordnance in place requiring all businesses to enforce the ordnance or penalty of fine. Manager refused endangering the lives of the other customers. This ordnance is in effect until 9/4/2020. I would like management to respond to me in writing regarding this complaint. The store should provide signage outside like all the other businesses informing customers they must have a mask to enter.
