Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Opened an account without authorization, began charging credit card

Sent our business an email claiming some sort of problem related to our bank and suggested a credit check to be safe. Offered that credit report for $1. We realized before completing the offer that a monthly fee would apply thereafter and we abandoned the enrollment process without finishing. We began seeing $29.95 appear on our debit card. we never received any credit report. Customer service closed the account and refunded the charge after we called and complained.
