I want to give my appreciation to Derek Hanson for the manner in which he handled issues regarding my Sonic. Derek listened and was patient and no matter what the resolution will be I need to compliment him on his kindness and total interest in my "story". The time he took from his day to pay attention to my issues just amazed me. He is surely a great asset to Tom Bell Chevy, and to the customers as well. Thanks again, Derek it was my pleasure to meet you, and my feelings toward Tom Bell Chevy just measured AAA.
