Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Total Incompetence with the Lifeline Program

Been more than two months trying to get my Lifeline Phone. I am clearly well below the income limit, but they (still don't know who's incompetence is holding this up- SafeLink or TX Lifeline) still can't do the simple check that they clearly say they do. Dozens of different people with different stories and excuses. Either fraud or complete incompetence. Only 1/5th of the people eligible for the Lifeline program actually are enrolled. And it's because of the way this is done. No reason for people to have to do any of this. They already have your records. I'm not giving up on the this. May seek legal aid.
