Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Not As Advertised

I paid for a trademark to be filed and extra fees to research if any other trademarks were similar. We ended up having to abandon our application because someone had already filed for our trademark for the same class codes. The company should of found this when they did a search. Unfortunately it was 6 months later when we received notice from the USPTO that someone else had filed for the same trademark 6 months prior to ours. This should of been discovered if they actually did a search. After spending over $750, we filed a complaint with the CA BBB. The company ignored the complaint and did not address the issue nor did they ever communicate with us again.
