T3 Training is awesome!

I really enjoy being a member of Triad Gym. I find the staff friendly and accommodating. I have been taking part of the T3 training and train with Tori Allen. It's a great way to stay motivated and keep training affordable. I train 3 days a week - an hour a session. Everyday is different and Tori keeps it fun as we work hard. It's a small group so we get plenty of individualized attention. It is suitable for all ages and abilities.
