I purchased a Power Fryer XL Oven for my mother in 2018. The oven needed to be returned under warranty. The company sent out a replacement unit but mailed it to the billing address and not the shipping address. Billing address is in Alabama and the shipping address was in Washington. I called the company the day I received notice they had the bad machine in their office to make sure the replacement machine was being sent to Washington. The representative I spoke to assured me it would. Instead it went to Alabama. Now the package is lost due to a Fed Ex mix up and the company is not willing to make it right. They offered me another machine but I told them I did not want something I did not pay for. Now that this process has dragged on for almost 2 months they will not make right on it. My only other alternative at this point is to hire a lawyer. Resolution Sought I would like Tri Star products to replace my oven due to the fact it was their representative's mistake this whole situation is happening.

There was a unit delivered to my home. However, the package was rerouted to Reno, NV. The return center was located in CT. It took me two months to resolve this issue. There was no assistance from Tri Star to remedy this situation. I did all the footwork to locate it. They did not offer to help me at all. Their customer service is very poor quality to say the least. I would like this posted for public view. Everyone should know how horrible these people are.

I ordered a juicer with a payment plan, They collected all of the money and the juicer died so I returned it and I haven't heard from them since. The reason for me contacting you is because back in Oct. 2020 I ordered one of the machines and it allowed me to order with a payment plan. It was $44.00 for the first charge with the understanding the every month my card would be charged $33.33 for the next 3 months until it was paid off. I received the machine and I gave it to my wife for Christmas (no bearing on the case except that it satin the closet until gift giving day) . Well she used it in Jan. and it died so I called Customer service and they gave me instructions on how to return it so I did. I waited four weeks after I'd sent it back and was told that I couldn't get my money back because it was past the 90 day warranty so they would send me another one for my troubles. I waited another month , called them and was told my account was in default because I hadn't made the final payment, mind you it was the same card that they used to acquire the previous ones and informed them that during this whole process I had ample money on the card to cover the amount that was due.. Was referred to delinquent accounts and was told that my account was closed, with no further explanation and was told to call customer service back and relay to them that my account was all good.. I called them back and was promised once my account was reviewed my juicer would be on the way. Called back exa Resolution Sought I am asking for a full refund because they haven't sent my replacement as of yet and now I don't trust or want anything to do with them any further
