Complaints processed allege deceptive sales practices. Companies report a Triton sales representative contacts them over the telephone soliciting toner. The companies advise the sales rep they are not interested or already have a toner supplier. Shortly thereafter, complainants allege they begin receiving unwanted supplies of toner, along with an invoice demanding payment and in some instances report having a difficult time getting the company to cancel the invoice and pick up the product.

Called a random number at our company and sold .5 box ribbons to a gal who works at a restaurant. It was a scam. We never received these and I had a very unpleasant call on my cell phone after I asked for a recording of the call. Resolution Sought Delete the invoice and our numbers.

On 10/27/23, Leann spoke to one of our reps and said she would be returning the merchandise. I don't see how they now need a proof of delivery if it's been there all this time. Received an invoice in mail requesting payment for an ink product I never ordered or received. Over the years this type of scam has happened 3 times. The ink product I have and order is with my food purveyor weekly. Resolution Sought Invoice needs to go away due order was never placed or received.
