This organization has claimed unpaid fees based on a ledger they have admitted to not posing. I have submitted proof of payment over 4 times since 2022 which is when they started managing my community. They have not fired a scammer law firm that does not answer calls, submit fraudulent documents to the county and mail error filled certified letters and NEVER responding REPSONSIBILTY to their own request of ME. I have now hired a law firm to investigate both organizations as they are NOW trying to quickly sell my HOME. Resolution Sought Release the pre-lien on my property.

Company Response

Latangia, we understand your frustration, we've gone over and discussed this matter numerous times wit you. Your account was sent to collection by the board of directors due to a large outstanding balance. The large balance on your account was due to missed payments at our office and included a balance forward from the previous management. Once an account is sent to collection (attorney) our office can no longer accept payments. Everything needs to be sent to the attorney, if you are disputing the balance due, we advise you to submit proof of cancelled payments to their office. As in any situation when an attorney is involved we can no longer be involved. Now that you have an attorney, they should reach out directly to the HOA's attorney. True Community Association Management does not have the authority to send owners to collection, this post has serious implications and was undeserving towards our company. We kindly ask that you remove the post and redirect it to the appropriate parties.

The law firm has still yet to respond to my lawyers calls and documentation submitted. I have not heard back from your organization or the law firm with a resolution. You have admitted to not have a ledger to prove my unpaid fees, since 2 years ago and yet I have a lien on my home? I contacted you and the law firm Larry Rothman over 6 times. Why is this still unresolved after I have submitted proof of payment multiple times.
