My favorite person to work with!

I worked with him down town San Diego for two years. He worked with us extensively from providing janitorial services, window cleaning, balcony cleaning, exterior power washing the buildings and garage power washing. I'm currently managing a property management and are using his services for gutter cleaning. He under bided the other quotes by $3,000. I wish I could work with him more. He's the most responsive person I know, very positive and upbeat attitude. Always goes the extra mile for his customers, constantly bending over backwards, and always handling everything ahead of schedule. I have recommended him to others, will continue to do so, as well as continuing to use him.

Ultra Building Services does all of the janitorial work for both buildings that I manage. They clean the carpets, windows, as well as routine cleaning services. They definitely met my expectations and do an efficient job cleaning our buildings. They are timely, prompt with service, and if anything comes up they take care of it quickly. I would definitely recommend their services.
