I ordered a blender through a work appreciation website. UPS lost this package and I submitted a claim for tracking number 1Z1385E10386752995 about a month ago and I have not heard anything. I have tried calling customer service and get hung up on immediately each time. On a website chat I was told I need to contact Best Buy as they are the ones who originally shipped the package. I contact them and they route me back to contacting UPS, which I cannot actually talk to as I get hung up on immediately. UPS is the one who lost my package and they should be the one that makes this right but it seems impossible to get them to do this. I feel as if I am not being treated fairly and it has been such a headache to get this package delivered to me. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the amount of the blender or another one sent to me.

A package was damaged in delivery. I paid UPS to package and ship and it arrived damaged. I tried to file on line damage reports, I contacted the shipping UPS store, UPS does not allow. you to talk to a person. I tried the UPS messenger on Facebook from their website and only received links that I tried in the past. This has delayed a project about a month. No response, no customer service. They will not respond to a recipient. Resolution Sought I'd like a refund on shipping and product damage and I want to speak to a person from UPS that can help resolve.
