I believe they're not paying taxes on the cash they get.

Me and a friend got a used tire from this place and we said we're going to use a credit card. They said no, we only take cash so we gave them the cash. We asked for a receipt they say we don't give out receipts only take cash I believe they're not paying taxes on the cash they get. Be honest and pay taxes on the cash they get.
