We received an invoice for $259 due in January 2020 (and $259 due every quarter in 2020) so I called the company to see what was going on. Quentin was very helpful and explained that US Yellow Pages had received a signed copy of a contract from us in December. I told him that if anything was signed and sent back it was in error as we don't advertise nationally. He spoke with his manager and *thankfully* they worked with me and were able to clear our account of any charges and removed us from their automatic renewal system. I appreciate the fact they worked with me to cancel the charges BUT small business owners need to PAY ATTENTION to any solicitations whether "confirming your information" via phone or sending you "update your listing" forms via mail. Once you fill it out, sign, and return-you are also agreeing to a year's worth of charges for advertising in their limited national publication. So NEVER fill out any forms requesting your business info and DO NOT give any solicitors your business info over the phone!
