I was a member of this website and paid a monthly donation of $9.99 per month. A few months ago I canceled my membership and deleted my account. I keep being billed the $9.99 every month. I have repeatedly tried to contact usa life but never get a response. I cannot log onto my account any longer to cancel the monthly donation. They have made it impossible . Resolution Sought To stop charging my bank account rhe donation amount. And please let me know my account with them is closed

Company states: The customer was refunded back on May 14th. We provided top customer service and the issue is closed.
