I want to cancel this

A charge for $57. 00 appear in my credit card that I do not recognize. Please cancel whatever subscription this is and reimburse the credit card for the charge. Since I don't recognize it that means I don use it. Please cancel and send me a cancellation message. American Express card ending in 6017

Happy with final resolution

I signed up for the program based on the ad for $57. Then was charged $144 for the complete program, which was a little more than I could afford. Therefore, I asked for the 100 refund that was advertised. Initially they were only going to refund the $57, but after further review they did refund my full $144. I was happy with the resolution & appreciate their help.
