Professional job! Reasonable Price!

This company was really professional throughout the whole process. Francisco was able to stop by and give an estimate within a day and even though I didn't agree to it for weeks later as I was shopping around, as soon as I reached back out to him, he responded right away. He was able to give me a date for the work that fit our timeline and I was surprised the work would only take a few days. He stopped by to drop off samples and when I chose one that was out of stock, he was willing to delay the work date. Luckily we found another one we were happy with and although it was more expensive, he agreed to cover the difference so that we could continue with the date as planned. He sent me a reminder each day about the time the crew would arrive and what they would be doing and he was easily accessible by text throughout the project. Although the work was scheduled to take 4 days, they finished in 2! We were amazed with the progress they were able to make and attributed it to the amount of people he hired to do the job efficiently. The roof looked great! I never really paid attention to or cared what roofs look like, but it really does look perfect. After the work was completed and I made the final payment, we noticed some nails that were left on the ground. I sent Francisco a picture and he came by the same day himself with a magnet and walked all over our yard to collect any other nails that might have been left behind. It really showed his dedication to ensuring things were done properly and that the customer was happy with the service. I highly recommend Valenz Roofing and if he's not completely booked in 30 years, we will be using him again. Thank you!

Professional and thorough

I needed a small portion of the wood on our facia replaced, Francisco inspected the whole roof, he's honest, thorough and very professional. He does exactly what he says he's going to do and you could tell it's important to him to make the customer happy. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone I know.
