I have been having issues with my internet service for over a month. I called Verizon on March 17,2024 (Sunday). After careful consideration and over 2 hours on the phone the technician decided that a new router is what I needed. I was told that it would arrive on Wednesday March 20th and that I would need to sign for it. Long story short I found Mt router on the deck in my backyard on yesterday March 27th! I don't work and I didn't give anyone permission to go into my backyard. That isn't the issue for this complaint. Long story short. I spent several hours getting the run around from AI last night while trying to connect this router. Only to this morning get up and get a sarcastic smart mouth IT person that did nothing but bad mouth and talk down about the person that helped me on Sunday. They guy on Sunday was great he is the reason that I didn't cancel my service, but this guy!!!! If I didn't have a study group that he has already made me late logging onto and he didn't fix the problem I would have already turned in all of my equipment. Resolution Sought Verizon has the most expensive service and the service isn't even good anymore. They should do a lot better with customer service. I'm paying over $200 a month for less than mediocre service, and I have to talk to AI from 9p.m. until 0800 am if I need help? If I go to the store sales associates act like I'm inconveniencing them, so I try to do everything online only to get a smart ass who is more worried about my laptop than fixing the issue at hand. Making me jump thru hoops. I'm not IT!

While setting up my wireless internet with Verizon I was quoted a monthly bill of $60.00. I just received my bill and the bill is showing an amount due of $117.93. I got a hold of Verizon customer service to get the bill adjusted. Verizon says I was charged for two months and that it is a valid charge. I don't agree with that. They advertise and I was told $60.00. They have committed extortion. Resolution Sought I want Verizon to adjust the bill to the agreed upon price of $60.00.
