You honestly need more vans or larger sized vehicles available.

I called for a van or a larger size SUV about 20 minutes before I was expecting to be finished with my groceries, I had about 6 bags of groceries a carpet and a stroller with me. I knew there would be a wait for a van but had a cab come shortly after I called. When I got outside the grocery store I looked at the "SUV" they sent and sent him away knowing there was not enough room for all that I had. I then called the dispatch back to ask again for a van specifically and they could not give me a wait time. I am more then fed up what would have been a $15 ride and a 10 minute drive took me an hour to walk home with over $400 worth of groceries. You honestly need more vans or larger sized vehicles available in the west end of windsor. Absolutely ridiculous. Get more vans or have vans specifically for people who need a van sooner then an hour wait.

I would like vets cab to fire cab driver # 218. He should NOT be working for others with that sort of behavior.

I called a cab from Walmart on Tecumseh Road E. Cab # 218 arrived and dropped me off at my home which is on Lassaline Street. The cab driver was very ignorant towards me. I didn't have enough funds in my account to pay the driver using my debit card so I had to transfer over money in my account which took a few minutes. The driver then went on to throw his keys cause he was tired of waiting for me to transfer over my funds so I could pay him. He complained the whole way while he was driving me home. His behavior and attitude was very disgusting. I would not recommend him to anyone. In my opinion, cab driver #. 218 should be fired. Something needs to be done about him. I'm very disgusted by that drivers behavior. I want something to be done!!!
