Item never shipped

I ordered my item 3 days ago. they advertise same-day shipping. It has never even been sent out.

Now I have created 2 help tickets that have not at all been addressed. My item should have been here by now

Worst business ever. Drug dealers take more pride in what they do.

Never order from this retailer. BIG MISTAKE
