Vivint failed to correctly transfer my account so they have erroneously charged me for 1.5 years. I have called 6 times since January 2024 until April 2024 and have not been able to get the account successfully cancelled and a refund issued. Resolution Sought Refund for the erroneous charges

Cancellation - I have called twice to cancel sat on hold for hours. I cancelled this service 6 months ago they state they have no record of it and bc I can not locate an email they say they sent to me. The continue to state we owe citizens bank which was paid in full in October 2023.. I guess I will need to contact a lawyer to get this corrected. Resolution Sought Cancel account I do not owe them $106.08 - and correct their records. Rating below zero don't do business with them.
