Stop this possible scam!

Called Walkfit to order two sets of foot supports. A recorded voice kept me on the line and continued to attempt to add extra costly items to the order. They got my account number from my credit card...then kept me on the line until they even offered a trip somewhere. They never gave a price and no way to cancel. I called as soon as possible to the bank to cancel my card.

Rip off and dishonest.

Walkfit Premium is dishonest. I placed an order and there was no way to view a total or see how much shipping would cost as with most online businesses. The order was placed for me without that final step. When I went online to see a $30 shipping charge I immediately called to cancel the order. I was told the order would be cancelled but one week later the order arrived. l called to explain the mistake and was told a refund would be issued but I would have to pay the return shipping. Not sure why I had to pay the return shipping when they made the mistake by shipping after I cancelled. Still, I paid the $6 shipping at the post office. When I checked my bank statement, they refunded half of the money I paid, claiming the other half was shipping! This is BS! I called to explain their mistake again and was told this is their policy. They in no way would refund me the rest of my money because they do not refund shipping fees even when they were not supposed to ship!!! Sounds like a great scam to me and a way to rip people off! Do not do business with this terrible company!
