If you close at 8.30, you should be letting people in at 8.29, and 8.30 should be your cut off..!!

I got to Wal-Mart at 815 pm and they wouldn't let me in stated over capacity which was a lie because 1 or 2 people were trying to get in but lots of people were coming out ,there is always problems at this Wal-Mart, if u close at 8.30 I should be let in though door at 8.29. I went to giants and did my shopping and there were no overcapacity, no restricted lines and the shelves were full, not empty shelves with boxes sitting on the sales floor. Wal-Mart arbutus sucks!! Maybe u need a new mgr to run it or hire more stick people and order clerks to keep your shelves fill, finally just let people in the door before your close time at 830 or set the close time at 8.00pm ..Ur employee just gave my /your money to giants, solve this or I'm not coming back. This was the second time this incident happens to me and I know it happen to other people!! Fix it or I'm not coming back to deal with your lazy employee's!!

They never have carts for the elderly!

Every time I bring my elderly mom to shop at the Walmart especially the one on Washington Blvd. no matter what time of day it is there's never any scooters for her there either broken or people who don't need them is on them and there never charged. She wants to get in and get out the store to that's for any senior citizen they spend their money like anybody else. Get more carts for elderly and nobody have to wait 30 or 40 mins for a cart that's just sad.
