Have a Walmart money card that expired 02/24. Received a email on my card that I would receive a new card. Called advised sonny I never received card, gave my old address, new address ss # DOB, card number, security code, zip code n expiration, he still would not approve to send me a card. Then he placed me on hold n never came back to the phone. HD has poor communication skills and Zero empathy when I explained I've been getting Direct deposited now for 15 years thru NONIS and BAMA and the last month I have not been able to access my own money from a ATM or swipe because I don't have a updated card. I can only use my card to pay rent , car ,utilities thru ECHECK, which is not helping me when I have no access to my own cash. I'm very stress and can't believe after years of service with my direct deposit I've been without groceries, gas or cash for over a month now. I've had to borrow cash from my daughter and my parents which is very disheartening for me. I will use this card to pay my rent and when I get my money off this card they will no longer have my business. I will refer them to no one. Resolution Sought I don't know, but people should not have to go thru this to get a updated debit card. They don't deserve a star of any kind there customer service is horrible.

The bank closed my account without any reason and will not release my funds after multiple attempts to verify my identity. I'm now being told I cannot have my funds and they have no other option for me. Resolution Sought I would like the bank to release a check and have it mailed to my address
